本公司是集科技培训、IT信息服务、农业科研示范基地、名优水果、蔬菜、药材种植推广、农业科技服务、高科技产品推广于一体的综合性科普单位，在民政局注册为非盈利性法人单位，注册资金300万, 2004年被科技部评为首批星火计划农村区域科技服务示范单位。2005年被湖南省民政厅评为"湖南省先进民间组织"。 单位法人代表许富伦先生系台湾省彰化人，1995年回大陆发展，家族在台湾从事农业科技工作已达50余年，总经理曾浩津毕业于湖南大学，现从事农业科技推广近二十年时间。许先生、曾先生倾全力把国内和台湾的先进农业科技及高科技农产品引进到大陆的农业发展当中,诚精、优质廉价为我国农业科技发展推广精品。
